Palmetto Cheese Grits

Palmetto Cheese Grits


  • 4 oz. Palmetto Cheese (Original, Jalapeno, or Bacon)
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Grits
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in the grits and when it comes to a boil, turn the heat to low.
  3. Continue to stir and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat, season and mix in Palmetto Cheese until the cheese has melted.
  5. Top with additional Palmetto Cheese if desired.
