Hashbrown Casserole Palmetto Cheese


  • 12 oz. Palmetto Cheese (Original, Jalapeno, or Bacon)
  • 2 pounds Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes
  • 10.5 oz. Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Cup Crispy Onions


  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, Palmetto Cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Place into a 9”x13” casserole dish and spread evenly into the pan.
  4. Top with crispy onions and bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
