Ham and Palmetto Cheese Turnover


  • 1 13.8 oz pkg Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
  • 8 oz Deli Ham, sliced
  • 4 oz Palmetto Cheese – Original, Jalapeno or Bacon
  • 1 med Tomato, diced
  • flour
  • pan spray


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Lightly sprinkle flour on a counter top. This will keep the dough from sticking on the counter.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough, place on the floured counter and flatten out.
  4. Cut the dough into quarters.
  5. On one side of each quarter, place a few slices of ham. Top ham with 1-2 Tablespoons of Palmetto Cheese and sprinkle about 1 Tbsp of diced tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  6. Fold the unfilled half over the filling and press the edges firmly to seal the turnover. Fold the sealed edge on top of itself to form a crust. This will keep all of your filling inside.
  7. Place on a greased sheet pan and spray the tops of the dough with pan spray or brush with oil.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.


Can be made ahead of time and reheated. Filling options are endless, so get creative and enjoy!
