Grits Casserole

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Quick Grits
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Cups Palmetto Cheese – Original, Jalapeno, or Bacon
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

  1. In a pot, combine water and milk and bring to a boil. Stir in the Quick Grits and cook until tender.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in beaten eggs and salt. Add Palmetto Cheese and Parmesan Cheese, stir until combined.
  3. Spray a casserole dish with pan spray and pour your grits mixture into the dish.
  4. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes and serve.
  5. Optional: garnish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley
