Palmetto Chili Cheese Dip


Serves 4-6
  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 12 oz. Little Smokies
    For the Dip:
  • 12 oz. Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, or Bacon
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 15 oz. can Chili
  • Green Onions, sliced


  1. Roll out the package of Crescent Roll dough and cut each section lengthwise into three pieces.
  2. Roll up one of the Little Smokies into each piece of dough.
  3. Place into a 10.25" Cast Iron Skillet with the meat side down to form a ring.
  4. Repeat until all of the dough is used up.
  5. One package of Pillsbury Crescent Roll dough should be enough to fill the pan.
  6. Turn your oven to 350F and start on the dip.
    For the Dip:
  1. In a mixing bowl, stir Palmetto Cheese and Cream Cheese until combined.
  2. Add Chili and stir.
  3. Pour the mixture into the center of the Cast Iron Skillet.
  4. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until the Crescent Dough has turned golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and serve!
