The recipe for Palmetto Cheese – The Pimento Cheese with Soul has not changed, but the lids have!  The transparent lids have been replaced with more colorful versions to make PC stand out on the shelves. The new colors also give a clear indication on what type of Palmetto Cheese you are purchasing.  Orange lids for the Original Palmetto Cheese and a bright green lid for the Palmetto Cheese with Jalapenos.  We hope you like our new look and would enjoy hearing what you think about them, so please submit your comments below.
